Our immediate mission is heartrending yet profoundly hopeful: a 23-year-old patient under the compassionate care of our CEO, Dr. David Akinpelu, MD, FACP, and our COO, Mrs. Angela R. Akinpelu, PA-C, has had a suspicious breast mass detected. The gravity of this finding has been further confirmed through imaging, necessitating an urgent biopsy. The challenge? This young woman, at the cusp of her life, lacks the insurance to cover this pivotal medical procedure.
For many of us, the word "biopsy" may sound routine, but for this young woman, it signifies hope, clarity, and a chance to script her life's next chapter. It's a plea for an opportunity to face and overcome challenges, armed with knowledge and timely intervention.
But herein lies the promise and the potential. Every contribution you make towards this cause will not only immediately aid in funding her biopsy and care but, should we be fortunate to raise funds beyond this immediate need, will also be channeled towards FerryTales Foundation, Inc.'s broader mission. A mission rooted in empowering individuals to attain their educational, vocational, marital, spiritual, and health goals.
Our foundation, under the diligent leadership of Dr. David Akinpelu and Mrs. Angela R. Akinpelu, PA-C, champions the cause of empowering individuals through education, health, and spiritual guidance. Today, we turn to you, our community of caring individuals and organizations, with a humble request to sponsor this biopsy. Your support will not only provide her with a chance for accurate diagnosis but will also echo the spirit of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, emphasizing early detection and intervention.
Imagine the impact. Your support, as one of our foundation's pioneering contributors, will not only set a beacon of hope for our young patient but will also fuel a series of initiatives designed to uplift countless others. Together, we can sow the seeds of resilience, knowledge, and well-being.
Another piece of heartwarming news: FerryTales Foundation, Inc. has achieved the 501(c)(3) status. This means every donation you make is tax-deductible. To honor and acknowledge your generosity, all sponsors will receive an official letter for tax purposes, underscoring our gratitude and ensuring transparency.
In this pivotal month of October, where pink ribbons flutter in solidarity, let's join hands to write a narrative of optimism, early intervention, and community support. By supporting FerryTales Foundation, Inc., you are not merely donating but setting in motion a legacy of care and empowerment.
Thank you for your consideration and for standing with us at this nascent, yet profoundly meaningful juncture. Together, let's craft stories of healing, hope, and new beginnings.
With deepest gratitude,
Dr. David Akinpelu, MD, FACP
